This No Bake Key Lime Pie is delicious and extremely easy dessert anytime. There are only 4 simple ingredients and can even be made Vegan! This super easy-to-prep NO-BAKE Key Lime Pie recipe is perfect for when you just can’t be turning on your oven during those hot summers, or any time you crave this tasty treat.
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk – cold – (Vegan choice (Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk)
- ½ cup fresh squeezed Key Lime Juice – cold – (or Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice)
- 8 oz. container cool whip – frozen – (Vegan Choice Coconut Milk Frozen Dessert Topping)
- Graham cracker crust
Whisk sweetened condensed milk with Key Lime Juice until evenly mixed. Note: you can adjust the tartness by adding or subtracting 1-2 tablespoons of Key Lime Juice.
Fold in cool whip and fill crust.
Refrigerate 2-4 hours or overnight.
This pie may also be frozen for a great summer treat.
You can add a whipped cream topping and or garnish with sliced pieces of lime, slivered almonds, or grated lemon peel.
