The Florida SBDC Network has deployed their first Mobile Action Center to the Florida Keys after Hurricane Irma. It will arrive in the Lower Keys on Friday, September 29, 2017. Local Business owners can meet one-on-one with a loan specialist who can guide them through the process of completing an Emergency Bridge Loan or SBA Disaster Loan application. On Tuesday, October 3, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Florida SBDC at Florida Keys Community College in partnership with the Greater Marathon Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a lenders roundtable at the Hyatt Place Marathon/Florida Keys in Marathon, 1996 Overseas Highway. We are working to help small business owners throughout the Keys better understand the Emergency Bridge Program, local options, and how the SBDC can help local small business owners with their SBA Disaster Loan applications.
The Florida SBDC at Florida Keys Community College will be joining the Lower Keys Chamber of Commerce on October 4, 2017, at 5:00 to share resources available to local small business owners. The location is Mote Marine Lab Center for Tropical Research, 24244 Overseas Highway.
