Blue Hole Gator Killing Trial Update

Pre-trial hearings are scheduled for March 12 and April 3, with a trial scheduled to begin on Monday, April 16, 2007. All three defendants face one felony count of poaching. If convicted, the defendants may receive a relatively harsh sentence, since the judge is reportedly tough on crime.
